- If you order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we will process your order the same day.
- We deliver in the Netherlands via Intrapost/PostNL and internationally with DPD.
- Within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, we offer free shipping for orders over €50. Other countries we offer free shipping for orders over € 80.
- Orders within the Netherlands almost always fit through the mailbox. Therefore, you don't need to stay at home.

- You can return your items within 14 days, if they are in their original condition, including labels and unworn.
