Our Responsible Business Conduct Statement
- We are committed to creating positive long-term value for all people connected to our supply chain, following the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN) and the OECD guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct. We take responsibility for our actions, led by our core values, and this guides how we interact with our employees, suppliers, customers, partners, investors, communities and the environment.
We publicly commit to the following principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion:
- Justice: Fair treatment and opportunity for all, within our company and across our supply chain.
- Equity: Removing barriers so everyone can fully participate.
- Diversity: Valuing differences in background, culture, gender, age, orientation, and perspective.

These principles are reviewed annually and its progress is published in our yearly impact report.
2. We strive to make our products together with our partners using the least impactful materials on the environment and optimizing our processes for least carbon footprint, in line with the 1.5°C target of the Paris Agreement. In doing so, we intend to comply with all existing and applicable future laws, regulations, and standards. We report in accordance with the GHG Protocol and we communicate our progress in our yearly impact report.
3. We co-create with our partners in integrity and transparency, complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Through continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement, we aim to create long-term value for society while contributing to economic, social, and environmental development.

Reports can be submitted in English or local languages (Hindi/Nepali).
We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith. Whistleblowers are protected by confidentiality and will not face any form of punishment, dismissal, or discrimination for raising an alert.
- Acknowledgement: If contact details are provided, we confirm receipt within 7 business days.
- Review: All reports are reviewed within 14 days.
- Investigation & Action: We aim to resolve or take corrective action within 30 days.
- Feedback: If the report is not anonymous, we provide updates on the outcome.
Our Principles
- Confidentiality: All reports are handled privately and securely.
- No retaliation: Reporting will never lead to punishment or job loss, as also stated in our integrity policy.
- Accessibility: Anyone in the supply chain can use this system.
- Transparency: We publish an annual summary of grievances and actions taken.
Every year, we will publish a report including number of grievances, status of actions taken and improvements to be made.
