We strive to make payment as easy as possible for you. You can complete your order securely with the following payment methods:
• iDEAL: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
• PayPal: with the convenience of your PayPal account
• Credit card: with your VISA or Mastercard
• Belfius: Secure, fast, online payment in Belgium.
• KBC/CBC: Secure, fast, online payment in Belgium.
• Bancontact: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank in Belgium.
• SEPA Bank Transfer: We also accept direct bank transfers. After placing your order, you will be directed to a page with our bank details.
• Digital Giftcard A Beautiful Story: Use your giftcard code in the field provided at checkout.
• Oh My Good Gift Card*: Choose Oh My Good as your payment method and enter your voucher code.

Our system cannot redeem your gift card after ordering. The good news? You can use your gift card the next time you shop with us.

Do you have a discount code from us? Enter your voucher code in the field provided at the checkout. You can redeem 1 discount code per order.
• After placing an order in the webshop, you will receive an order confirmation.
• You will receive a track & trace code once your order has left our warehouse.
• If you order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we will process your order the same day. We deliver in the Netherlands via Intrapost/PostNL and internationally with DPD.
• Orders within the Netherlands almost always fit through the mailbox. Therefore, you don't need to stay at home. Except for the Jewelry Box, which is shipped as a parcel and delivered to your door.
• Please note that countries outside the EU may levy additional taxes.
• PostNL delivers mailbox packages from Tuesday to Saturday.
• The shipping companies generally deliver within 1 to 3 working days. In Europe the delivery time is 3-6 working days and outside Europe 6+ working days.
Within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium we offer free shipping for orders over €50.
Are you ordering from a country other than the Netherlands? You can also contribute to our mission by shopping our collection!

• Additional costs charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Of course, you can return your items. We ask that you return the items in their original condition, including labels and unworn, within 14 days. The shipping costs are your responsibility. You are liable for any depreciation of the items due to damage.

• In the top right corner, you will find the Request return button.
• Then choose which item you want to return and provide a reason.
• Click on request return, and you will receive a confirmation email of your request.
Return label
Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an email with a return label that you can print to return the package. We will send you an email once we have received your package.
Would you like to return an order from Switzerland? Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return label. We also cannot reimburse any import duties or customs fees already paid. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs through the Swiss customs authorities. Please contact your carrier or the customs service to check what is possible.
You can start your return request via your account page. We are happy to assist you there.
If you return items in The Netherlands, €4.60 return costs will be charged, even if you return the entire order.
We process your return as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest. You will receive a message from our customer service about your refund once we have processed your return.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay. If you paid part of your order with a gift card, you will receive a gift card for that amount in return.
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. If you return the products after this period, your return shipment will be sent back to you.
The costs and risks of shipping are your responsibility. We will only process your return if the items are returned in their original condition, including labels. We do not accept damaged and/or used items and they will be sent back to you. If we receive a return package that cannot be identified, we will keep it for 1 month. If your return is not processed, please contact our customer service. After 1 month, the package will be processed through our own administration and we will not be able to trace it anymore.
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory. Download here.

Does your sterling silver and silver-plated jewelry have a dark (brown or black) tarnish? We recommend cleaning them occasionally (light rubbing) with a special cloth containing anti- tarnish agent. Make sure that gemstones do not come into contact with anti-tarnish agent or other chemicals. These can only be rubbed with a soft microfiber cloth.This cloth can also be used to restore shine to gold-plated and silver-plated jewelry.

Aren’t you satisfied? Send an e-mail to our customer service. You have a 6-month warranty on your lucky tools. Even if your complaint falls outside this period, we would like to hear from you.
Yes, as far as we can tell. This may sound a bit odd, but we aren’t 100% certain about the origins of the gems. We rely on the professionalism and honesty of our producers and their suppliers.
Before 1967, a distinction was made between semi-precious and precious stones. Diamond, ruby, sapphire, and emerald were gemstones, rose quartz for example was a semi-precious stone. Nowadays, we just talk about gemstones. We only use natural gemstones for our lucky tools. Some suppliers deepen the color of a stone using a certain technique. Rose quartz, for example, becomes a slightly brighter shade of pink, but it still remains real rose quartz.
We use glass beads and brass beads.
Absolutely, we use brass. All other materials comply with the EU REACH-rules: your jewelry is nickel free.
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. The composition of brass is usually 66% copper and 34% zinc. With silver plating, the brass is coated with a layer of silver. With gilding, your brass lucky tool is covered with a thin coating of gold.
Almost all our products are vegan. Some jewelry from older collections still have white or dark brown beads made from horn or bone.
Yes, we use paper with the FSC quality mark. This ensures you that the raw material for the paper comes from responsibly managed forests. And not from a primeval forest or plantations for which tropical rainforest have been cut down.
