Orange Friday Week (15% Donation)

1. Organizer
   The Orange Friday Week-campaign is organized by A Beautiful Story B.V., based in Amsterdam.

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion runs from November 25, 2025 to December 1, 2025.
   A Beautiful Story reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion period.

3. Promotion Description
   During the Orange Friday Week campaign, A Beautiful Story donates 15% of every order to the UN Women Trust Fund to end violence against women.

4. How the Donation Works
   The donation is calculated based on the total order amount excluding VAT.
   Donations within this campaign are applied automatically and do not require a code.
   A Beautiful Story transfers the donation after the campaign period has ended.

5. Exceptions
   Gift cards are excluded from the donation calculation.
   Shipping costs are not included.
   For the Orange the World bracelet and the Together We Rise bracelet, a fixed donation amount applies per piece. The donation for the Orange the World bracelet is five euros and for the Together We Rise bracelet ten euros.
   

6. Returns
   In case of a full or partial return, the final donation is based on the adjusted purchase amount after the return has been processed.
   Gift with purchase items must be returned if the original threshold is no longer met.

7. Stock and Availability
   The promotion applies while supplies last.
   If products sell out, A Beautiful Story reserves the right to offer alternatives or cancel the delivery.

8. Misuse
   A Beautiful Story reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel orders in cases of misuse, fraud or any actions that violate these terms.

9. Changes
   A Beautiful Story may update these terms during the promotion period. The most recent version is always available on the website.

10. Applicable Law
    Dutch law applies to this promotion.
